Refund policy

As each art print is printed to order, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept accept returns or cancellations.

Damages and issues

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order at jane@jandonart.com. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if your print is defective, and dispatch item to me within 30 days of delivery. I will contact the printer and endeavour to have a new print dispatched to you.

To start a return, you can contact us at jane@jandonart.com. If your return is accepted, I'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact me for any return question at jane@jandonart.com.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If for some reason outwith my control I am unable to provide a replacement print, I will refund you. I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method.Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I reserve the right to cancel any order and refund you within 28 days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
